A little Nutty!

Hello everyone and happy Thursday! Today is the sneak peek of the newest line coming out tomorrow called Fall Shape Ups. It is similar to the Halloween series, except designed for those who celebrate the harvest activities. I used the acorn image. Isn't cute. I am so happy with my coloring. Sometimes I impress myself. LOL! I am the worst critic of my work. I never like anything.
Anyways, The sentiment I made on the computer. It says, "Sometimes you feel like a nut." I don't know how I can up with it but those acorns reminded me of an Almond Joy. Which is weird because those are acorns.
I hope everyone has a GREAT Thursday!
Supplies:
  • SU card stock and DP
  • Nesties: circle and scalloped circle
  • Prisma markers
  • computer sentiment
  • white signo pen

Apple of my Eye

I found the cutest little stamp yesterday. My husband wanted me to deposited a check yesterday and of course I go to the bank that has a Michael's in the same parking lot which is the farthest. LOL! I usually don't like clear stamps but I couldn't pass this one up. It was $1.49. GREAT deal HUH! I also found FUN FLOCK! Wow, is it fun. I flocked the leaf and it looks so CUTE! The reason I went to Michael's was to find Halloween paper and I walked out spending more then I should and no Halloween paper. DARN, I have to go back. HA! HA!

Anyways, I made this card for ICSketch Challenge# 33. I altered it a little but I think it turned out cute. It's the googley eyes. They crack me up.

Good Morning, I hope everyone's week started out okay. I got my Oval nesties in the mail yesterday. I am so happy but at the same time a little disappointed. They are a little on the small side. Hello, I hope everyone is having a great long weekend. I am so glad that it has cooled down. I couldn't stand the over 100• weather with humidity. Yes, we are spoiled in California. Any changes and we are miserable. LOL!
Anyways, this is what I have been working on the last few days. My husband keeps me busy on the weekends. So when I have a hour here or there I try to play. I found a new challenge blog: Crazy 4 Challenges and this is they're first challenge. It's a sketch.

Happy Hilda Hippo!

Wow, have you seen these stamps from Motivet? They are a little pricey but how can you put a price on cuteness. LOL! Anyways, I got this image from an image swap and I want more because she is so fun to color. I want to buy her. She could be one of my favorites stamps to color in.
If you couldn't tell, I had so much fun making this card. I LOVE the new SU in colors. I'm not a big purple fan but Rich Razzleberry has changed my mind and the pink reminds me of Minnie (my daughter is a big Minnie fan). Overall, I totally love it. Water you up to?

Is it Friday, yet?
I know wishful thinking on my part. I just want to sleep in. Anyways, I did make a card last night. It's another sneak for Joni @ Inktegrity. My boy card collection is growing which is good, but girly card are more fun to make. LOL! The sketch is from last weeks TTSC. I am a week behind with Twilight Tuesday challenges. That makes me sad because I love Twilight Tuesday. Really. LOL!
Well, back to my card. I used my scraps for the CS and and the DSP I had FOREVER and never used. It's American Crafts. I had to have it and its been sitting for almost a year I think. How sad, HUH? Of course the image is from Inktegrity. This is the cutest collection. My son already picked out his birthday card. He wants the airplane. He's quite the compliment giver on my newest creations. BTW, he still loves school. Hates the weekends because he not in school. I wonder how much longer this excitement for school is going to last. I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts. TFL and Have a wonderful Wednesday!

No SUB- stitute for YOU!

No SUB- stitute for YOU!
Morning, I hope everyone is having a good morning. It's a little smokey by me. I'm in the middle of two big fires. Luckily, they are no where close to me but I am getting the smoke and ashes. YUCK! Anyways, I would like to show you another Sneaky Peek from Inktegrity. It's called No Substitute. You can buy it today here. I got the sketch from Taylored Expressions. This is my first time playing in their challenge.

My supplies are mostly Stampin Up products. The ribbon and DSP are retired. I had to have them and this is the first time I played with them. LOL! The image and sentiment are of course INKTEGRITY. There are several different sentiments that come with the set. Very cute.
TFL! and having a wonderful Tuesday!
