Sneek Peek of Inkgerity's New Line

Inktegrity's new line of stamps are called ON HIGH! They are available on Joni's website Inktegrity. I must say that these images are fun to color, cut, and paper piece. They're perfect for a little boy.

Supplies: I use SU Kraft paper for the card. The DSP is American Crafts. I used the last of this paper. I'm sad because I truly loved this paper. Hopefully, I can find more. Anyways, I colored the image and sentiment with Prisma Markers and the twine is from a christmas roll from Wal-mart.
The sentiment is a little hard to see. It says: There's nothing PLANE about you! Cute HUH!
I hand stitched the banner with DMC floss.
TFL! and head over to Inktegrity to see more examples of these wonderful images.

Ready for Rain Anya

Happy Tuesday everyone, I didn't realize but I gravitate to this Miss Anya image. I love coloring her. I guess secretly I want to live in Forks, WA. LOL! Anyways, I got the sketch from Card Patterns Sketches Challenge blog and the color combo is for Club Anya design team call. Yes, I want to try for it. It looks so fun. I seem obsessed with Anya anyway so, this is the next logical step. LOL!
Supplies: SU card stock and button, DMC thread, $ spot flowers, and crocheted flower(made by my mom: 3 for a $1. If interested leave comment.) I cuttlebugged the background and hand drawn and stitched the swirl. I think it turned out wonderful. WOW! was that a lot of work but so well worth it since it looks so beautiful. I colored Anya with my Prisma Markers. I really like them. I got to use Copics and I enjoyed using them but I don't regret buying the Prisma brand.

P.S. Thank you April for the wonderful Tea Party! Everything was Wonderful.
Also, thank you Mindy for the great stamp class. I love the cards.
To see what we made check out Mindy's blog.

TFL! Have a wonderful Tuesday!

GO Ohio GO!

For you Juanita!

I promised to make an Ohio State card. I finally got around to do it. I've been busy with Twilight Tuesday challenges. Although, I must admit that this can pass for a Twilight card also. LOL! Everything is SU except for the image which is Inkgerity and the ribbon I got at Wal-mart. The sketch is from Double Dutch Challenge. It's an old sketch but a goody. Challenging!

TFL! and TGIF!
I can't wait to sleep in! LOL!
I value my sleeping.

Twilight Tuesday's TTIC 43 Layout 2

For Bella's layout I chose the song "Something I can Never Have" by Nine Inch Nails. Although, I was listening to Smashing Pumpkins and I found another song that reminded me of Twilight. (Really, everything reminds me of Twilight. LOL!) I decided to stay with my original song. This song reminds me of New Moon. She's sad and depressed. Kind of like the song. I found the picture on photo bucket (I also found some nice pictures of Jacob on there and I am not a Jacob fan). The font is Twilight. The digital paper I found on Creating Keepsakes website. It's a free download from J. Sprague called "Echos of Asia Kit". Pretty HUH! The song is on my playlist if you want to hear it. I only used one verse and the chorus for this layout. Less is more. Sometimes.

Here some eye candy!

I took off the shirtless one. I didn't realize he was only 17. YIKES!

Twilight Tuesday's TTIC 43

When I listen to Nine Inch Nail's album Pretty Hate Machine, most of the songs remind me of Twilight. I couldn't pick just one. So I have one for Edward and one for Bella. Hopefully, I can finish my second layout but I really wanted to post.

Layout 1
For Edward's layout I chose the song "Sanctified." It reminds me of Midnight Sun. Edward's point of view on Bella's first day in biology class. I found the picture on photo bucket. The font is of course Twilight. The digital paper is from Rhonna Farrer. I got it free on Creating Keepsakes website. BTW, you can listen to the song on my playlist. TFL!

Team Eric for me!

I love the Sookie Stackhouse Series! I have read all the books . After reading Dead to the World I became an Eric fan. I loved that book! So, I was playing with my Edward stamp and I thought, Edward can be Eric, right? What the HECK!?
Challenges:

Yes, I crossed stitched his sweater vest. Isn't it cute. I wanted it to match the cuttlebug folder. I think it comes close enough. I used all SU products except for the TGF image. I had the magic mesh for years and never used it. I got it free for doing SU surveys. BTW, Joni at Inkgerity told me about a new blog. I liked it and wanted to pass the info along. daily dare 4 u.
TFL!

Anything but a Card

Wow, I had a hard time making this wristlet. This was my second attempt. I couldn't find the directions so I decided I could copy it from a picture. That was more trouble then it was worth. At least, I liked the way it turned out. I made it for Twilight Tuesday's Challenge and Simon Says Stamp Challenge: Anything but I card. I do love purses. So, of course, it had to be a purse. I think I will use it for a gift card holder. I used mostly SU product except for the DSP. It's Basic Grey. TFL!
BTW, I found another challenge site. It's called Anyone for Anya? Check it out! I will.

3 Challenges in 1 Card

I made this card for the Week of challenges at Club Anya. First challenge is blue and brown, second challenge is bling, and the third is pick a sketch challenge. I got my sketch from Twilight Tuesday's TTSC.
I love these images. I wish I had this set. I got these images from a swap. I love coloring Miss Anya.
Supplies: I colored Miss Anya with Prisma markers and used iridescent heat embossing powder to make her sparkle. I use SU card stock and DSP (I was lucky to have a nice demo. She shared a little piece of the new DSP with me.) Isn't it beautiful! It's in the new holiday mini and the DSP is called Christmas Coco. I think it's perfect for the color challenge. I can't wait to get my own. LOL! Well, back to the card. I cut the ovals with Creative Memories cutting system. I still haven't bought the oval nesties. I will though. My wants list is growing everyday. I wish my bank account was growing that fast. LOL! TFL!

Sneak Peek! #2

Here is another sneak peek for Inkgerity's new line: Have a ball! The line releases August 16.TFL! My family and I aren't really into sports but my sister in law is really into the Steelers. So this card is dedicated to her. I used SU card stock and colored the image with Prisma markers and printed the sentiment of my computer. The sketch is from CPS #128.

If you like what you see check out Inkgerity's blog and leave a comment and you can have a chance to win this image. Also, check out the new store at shophandmade.com.

Crazy Hair Challenge!

Wow, does Anya have CRAZY hair. This is my entry for Club Anya's Crazy Hair Challenge. I masked the image to just get the hair. I got the idea from 365 cards. Their challenge for day #163 was to try a masking technique. I think I did ok. I filled in the blanks spaces with a marker so that the hair would connect. The sketch is from ICSketches #29. I wanted to corporate Double Dutch's color challenge of pink and brown but ended up with pink and black. She looks wild enough for zebra print paper. LOL! I really had fun making this card but it was a little out of my comfort zone. LOL!

P.S. Doesn't she remind you of the American Idol contestant Allison?

I used Joni's technique of using a colorless blender to make the dots in the basketball. I colored the image with Prisma markers and used SU card stock and SU sentiment from Inspired by Nature stamp set. The ribbon and brads I got from Oriental Trading Co. The sketch #6 is from Tuesday Morning and the theme of stars is from 365 cards.

Am I Dreaming, School Started!

Today was my son's first day of kindergarten. He did GREAT. He told my DH and I to leave already. We were in SHOCK. So we left and looked through the window. LOL! Then we went to take my daughter to her class room. She's in 5th grade now. Almost as tall as me(not that tall 5'2"), she wears the same size shoe, and is after my shoes. LOL!

To celebrate back to school, I had to make a card for The Club Anya/TGF Challenge of Back to School. I used TGF's FFF sketch 4 and the color are from The Pink Elephant Challenge: brown, turquoise, and a neutral. The supplies I used are TGF stamp: Wild Sprouts Annika, Memento ink, colored with Prisma markers. The card stock is SU and the DSP is American Crafts. The twine I got from Wal-mart during Christmas. I like it. It reminds me of when I was it high school with my head in the clouds. Always daydreaming.

Ooh, I got some great news. I almost forgot. I got an award today from Joni at Inkgerity. I am excited its my first. She is really an inspiration to me too. I am very happy that I'm on her design team. TFL!!!

Always raining in Forks, WA

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. DH is at work, kids are playing Wii, and I'm stamping. Life is GOOD!

This Miss Anya image reminds me of Twilight. She's ready to play in the rain in Forks, WA.

I made this card for several challenges. First challenge is for Pile It On: NO DP. Second challenge is Twilight Tuesday's Sketch challenge TTSC 8, and lastly is Twilight Tuesday's Limited Supplies challenge. I wanted to put crystal effects on the umbrella and brads for buttons but NO. It's challenging not using embellishments.

Inktegrity's new line: DREAM BIG

Today is the day, Inkgerity releases it's new line called: Dream Big! Here are a few examples:

Love Bug

I call this card, On Cloud Nine because my daughter would be on cloud nine if she got this car. Yes, she is already talking about driving and she's only 10. Her favorite car is a blue convertible VW Beetle. God, help me. PLEASE! LOL!
Supplies:
I used SU card stock. The DSP is American crafts. I colored the image with Prisma markers and paper pieced the image to make it pop. The ribbon is from Wally World and I cuttlebugged the background. Overall, I really like the way it turned out. I love the cloud paper and bought it especially for this image.

ABC Final

This card reminds me of school. UGH! That means I have to wake up early again and go back to work. My son starts school this year and I am conflicted. I was so happy that he started school but now that it is so close, I'm sad because he's my baby and he's growing up. I know he will love and enjoy school and I will enjoy a few hours to myself before work.
Wow, I got a challenge in. This sketch #127 is from CPS: card sketches. I used SU card stock and hardware. The DSP is Creative Imaginations. The stickers are Sticko and I cuttlebugged the red background. Oh, I colored the image with Prisma markers and heat embossed the ladybug to make her stand out.

HI

Well, this is my challenge card. I neglected the challenge blogs this week due to a busy few days although I didn't get any of my chores done. LOL! What did I do? Who knows? Well, I'm going to list them because there are several.

Supplies: SU card stock, DCWV DSP, Prima flowers, Colorbox bling, and Creating Keepsakes "Hi" sticker. I colored the image with Prisma markers and put crystal effects on it to create a glass like effect. I used my nesties to cut the scalloped square and regular squares. To cut the ovals I used Creative Memories cutting system, which I hate. Oval nesties are next on my list. The circle was with a punch and I cuttlebugged the red CS. TFL!

P.S. I hope you enjoyed seeing the new Inkgerity "DREAM BIG" line. Head on over the Inkgerity's Blog for a change to win DREAM BIG"s 5 images. Again, TFL!

Inktegrity Sneak Peak!!

I am so excited to introduced Inkgerity's new line of digital stamps. The image I used on my card is called: Out on a Limb. If you like this image, you can have a chance to win the whole set on Inkgerity's blog.
Well, back to my card. I call this my Minnie looking card. It reminds me of minnie which my daughter loves. I used SU kraft and basic black card stock . The paper and brads are from Michael's. I used SU Yummy stamp set for the sentiment and used crystal effects on the ladybug to make her stand out.

BTW, I forgot to announce that I made the Design Team for Inkgerity. I am excited because this is my first design team and hopefully not my last. TFL!

P.S. Congratulations to Juanita! She won Twilight Tuesday July blog candy! YAH, Juanita! (Hopefully she will share. LOL!)
